Nancy Auger Buckman MSN, MBA

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare strategy and development in private and non-profit healthcare sectors, Ms. Buckman joined the Partners International team in 2003. Her principal responsibilities are business and program development as well as ongoing relationship and program management. She oversees business development activities for selected international geographic markets including East Asia and facilitates international research collaborations. She leads strategy, design, development and operations for Partners Premiere, a personal health assistance and guidance program for international families.
Prior to joining Partners, from 1993 to 2003, Ms. Buckman was co-founder and senior executive of five venture capital funded healthcare start-up companies, including a joint venture business in Munich, Germany. She directed strategy and development, clinical and service operations as well as marketing and customer services for healthcare management and physician practice initiatives. She is past Board and adjunct faculty member at University of Connecticut School of Nursing. Prior experience includes 10 years in managed care and 10 years clinical experience in critical care, emergency services and behavioral health.
