Rolando has a distinguished record of creating profitable revenue programs for hospitals and healthcare.  He has pioneered innovative fundraising programs, grateful patient programs and grant acquisition programs for Jackson Health Systems -  one  of America’s largest public hospital systems.  He has raised millions of dollars through unique international fundraising programs. Jackson’s International Health Services were also developed under Rolando’s direction, including establishing successful divisions for international sales and marketing, private concierge/hospitality services, and international case management and admissions.Comfortable and experienced with board development and training, Rolando is also an accomplished leader in strategic planning, public relations, and marketing.  He is a skilled writer and speaker.

Previously, Mr. Rodriguez was Executive Director of the Catholic Health and Rehabilitation Foundation, an Archdiocesan agency created under his guidance to develop and support a variety of health and elderly care programs in South Florida.  He was responsible for the development and funding of Genesis, one of the first comprehensive residential AIDS programs in the nation.
