SurgicalTrip exclusively works with employers, TPAs, brokers  and insurance companies to provide high quality international healthcare at significant cost savings.

Mr. O’Hara has over twenty years experience working with large and small employers in the benefits and compensation area of human resources.  His broad corporate career includes senior management positions in Fortune 500 companies such as Cigna, IMS Health, Lucent Technologies, and most recently, as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for Agere Systems. Tom founded his own consulting firm to provide unique and creative healthcare solutions for companies. He has developed innovative solutions that have reduced benefit costs while enhancing the overall value to companies and employees.
